Louise’s work is about the transient moment; the rapidly changing light, colour and seasons and how it transforms people, buildings and objects. She always works en plein air, mainly in pastel which suits the fragility of time. She studied at the City and Guilds and CCAT. Louise is a member of the Pastel Society, Chelsea Art Society, the Wapping Group and the Small Paintings Group. She has exhibited at the Jerram Gallery, Sherborne, Piers Feetham Gallery, Russell Gallery and the Found Gallery amongst others.
